Coming to a new studio can be intimidating. Tribe welcomes you and wants to help you to discover how yoga based movement can improve your health in this introductory class. We’ll cover frequently asked questions, answer your specific questions and teach a slow beginners flow class. Postures will be introduced in a step-by-step manner with the correct breathing techniques. These classes are a great way to build a foundation and expand your practice. Class is practiced at room temperature.
Please note we have included within the scheduled class time a 15 minute check-in window for every class which is essential for COVID-19 regulations. Please arrive at the class time listed.
Regular item storage lockers are not available at this time. Please only bring essential items with you to the studio, which can be placed in small designated storage space.
No experience required, however if it is your first ever yoga class, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and let the teacher know its your first time and they’ll guide you to set-up and start the class.
