Pilates & Sculpt Teacher

Originally from Boston and now based in London, Emma is a certified Yoga Sculpt and Pilates instructor with a background in holistic health. Outside the studio, she works in software sales—but movement is my passion. Her fast-paced, music-driven classes blend yoga flow with boot camp intensity, using weights, props, and plenty of holds and pulses. Sequences refresh every two weeks to keep things fresh and challenging. Expect to leave sweaty, strong, and proud you showed up.
