Flo arrived in Edinburgh to study Classics 7 years ago and never left, despite the temperature being very different to sunny Dubai, where she grew up. She started her cycle journey at Tribe as a student, quickly getting hooked on the experience of having fun while pushing the limits of what she could achieve physically. Because of that, her aim is to help everyone enjoy themselves on the bike as much as she does, and leave the room feeling ready to take on anything life throws at them. With a background in marketing, and other pursuits including opera singing, pole dancing and voice over artistry, expect a positive spin on everything and an eclectic mix of music – if there's a house remix of Mozart, expect to find it in her playlist!
