Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced basic yoga class with focus on alignment and no flow between poses. This Hatha Yoga class is a great place to learn the basic poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

A bottle of water. Wear layers to stay comfortable.
This class is suitable for beginners, however if it is your first ever yoga class, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and inform the teacher.
