Makenzie Hart is the driving force behind the smooth operation of Tribe's Edinburgh and London studios. As the Commercial Manager, she leads the admin team and ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. With an expert knowledge of Tribe’s booking system, Mind Body, Makenzie is the go-to person for all things tech and operational.
Makenzie’s journey at Tribe began as a receptionist, where she quickly developed a passion for the business and the community. From there, she rose to the role of Studio Coordinator at Tribe’s Quartermile studio, honing her skills in studio management and customer service. Over time, her dedication and drive helped her step into her current leadership position, where she now oversees the day-to-day operations across both locations, continuously working to improve and enhance the client experience.
Whether it’s managing the team, troubleshooting booking issues, or ensuring everything is running smoothly, Makenzie is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who helps Tribe stay organised, efficient, and thriving.
