A class comprising of strong Pilates mat exercises to condition your body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and creates long, lean muscles.
Based on the traditional sequence created by Joseph Pilates, this class offers creative variations designed to focus on building strength in primary areas for stability within your body. Each exercise offers three levels of difficulty targeted at cultivating strength, stability, and power within your core. Expect engaged abdominals, a strong back, and heightened awareness to your body’s movements following this class.
Please note we have included within the scheduled class time a 15 minute check-in window for every class which is essential for COVID-19 regulations. Please arrive at the class time listed.
Regular item storage lockers are not available at this time. Please only bring essential items with you to the studio, which can be placed in small designated storage space.
Weights will be provided.
No experience required, however if it is your first ever Pilates class, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and inform the teacher.
