This class will offer you a mindful method of full body self-massage focusing on key trigger points. You will take home simple & effective techniques, deepen your body awareness & release stress through guided embodied massage. This class will also include restorative yoga postures to leave you feeling full relaxed and restored.

No experience required, however if it is your first ever yoga class, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and inform the teacher.
