A qualified Yoga teacher with 585 hours of training, Olivia is passionate about Power Vinyasa, Mandala Yoga, Yin, and Yoga for Athletes. Her teaching style is positive, immersive, and deeply connected to the breath, with a focus on bringing students back to the simplicity of movement, breath, and joy.
Olivia first discovered Yoga at a young age to complement her years of competitive sports and was immediately drawn to its non-competitive, introspective nature. Her teaching is inspired by a commitment to her own practice and a desire to share the teachings of Yoga with others, helping them to understand themselves more deeply.
