The minimum contract time for our memberships is three months. After this period, if you wish to cancel your membership, you must give 1 week notice prior to the 1st of the following month via this site https://tribe.yoga/membership-cancellation/ . If you wish to subscribe again after having cancelled your membership, you will have to purchase a new membership contract and may be asked to join a waitlist.

Yes! You have the option to “freeze” your membership for £20 per month.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations, and failure to attend without cancelling is a no-show. For members, mat/cycle late cancellations incur a £9 fee and no-shows incur a £12 fee. Reformer late cancellations and no-shows are charged £12.50. Clients using class packs will lose 1 class credit for any late cancellation or no-show. Members receive 1 grace late cancellation per month for mat/cycle classes only (waiving the £9 fee). Grace cancellations do not apply to reformer classes or no-shows.

Yes! You can book Tribe classes via Classpass, however, we reserve the majority of the spaces for Tribe direct clients. If you’re looking to attend our busiest classes, we would recommend booking directly for the best chance of a spot.

We do not allow under-16s to attend Tribe classes. Under-18s must be accompanied by someone over-18.

Step 1: book yourself into the class with your Plus membership. Step 2: Use the "book a guest" feature on the Tribe app and fill in your guest's name when prompted.
