Specialising in Vinyasa Flow and Power yoga, Alex believes that through yoga, everyone can use physical movement as an access point to realise their full potential on and off the mat. For Alex, yoga is an opportunity to connect, to come come home, quieten the mind- complete freedom to move and express. Her passion is to bring that same release and focus on growth to her students. Her primary aim is to create a space where students feel empowered to explore and have fun- sweat coupled with a smile.
