For Jen, yoga is a very holistic practice.
She strongly believes in the importance of connection and focus on mind and body connection as well as the physical postures. Teaching yoga is her passion and this comes across in her classes. Jen believes that the yoga practice can, and should be challenging as well as fun and up-lifting.
You can expect dynamic and playful flows, where you’ll leave the class feeling lighter, brighter and more connected to a deeper sense of self.
