Welcome to this 45 minute Power yoga class with JJ Robb.Drop into this Mandala-style power flow and tune into your body. Sweat out the stress of the day as you move powerfully around your mat. Expect some hip strengthening postures as well as some time on the hands. Crow pose strength work and pincha (forearm balance) play time too.
