Kitty joined Tribe as a student when she was 19 after a major spinal injury, and now can’t have imagined life without yoga! The healing she experienced from consistent yoga practice motivated her to complete her 200 hours in hath-vinyasa, which had a special focus on hands on adjustments and body alignment. She is now loving every second of sharing and learning in the space where her own yoga journey began!
She believes that creating a safe space is essential to experiencing yoga in an individual way, so she keeps her classes casual and light-hearted with room for personal exploration. Kitty likes to focus on strength and awareness of the mind and the physical body to create space and energy which will hopefully elevate your mood and leave you smiling!
