Morag describes herself as the panda of the group, finding ‘strength in softness’ and finding connection in the body, breath and mind. She is originally from North Uist and has a background in drawing and painting. For her, yoga is about finding space and time to connect and ground herself. It provides the space to be present and listen to subtle sensations. In Morag’s classes she aims to make you feel safe and grounded through slow mindful movements that have a strong focus on the breath.
