Olivia is a Yoga teacher (585hrs) in Power Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin and Yoga for Athletes. Her teaching style is positive, immersive, and led by the breath. It’s her aim to bring people away from their busy lives and back to the simplicity of breath, movement, and joy! Olivia came to Yoga at a young age to accompany hours of competitive sport and ultimately fell in love with the non-competitive nature of Yoga.
Her teaching is underpinned by a commitment to her own self-practice, a passion for sharing the Yogic teachings and helping people understand themselves better. You can expect creative sequencing, permission to be playful and always a long savasana.
