Sarah is passionate about the power of yoga to create, support, and nurture a deeper, meaningful relationship with ourselves, and the world we live in.
She discovered yoga in her early 30s, after having 2 babies, and felt the benefits of this beautiful practice immediately. Her first class gave her a space and a connection to her body and self that she had never experienced before. Sarah has now been practicing and teaching Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga for over a decade and is an accredited Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Her teaching and practice is committed to the ancient traditions of yoga and incorporates philosophy, and mantra as well as asana, pranayama and meditation.
Sarah’s teaching style is light hearted, allowing space to come as you are, and embrace yogas invitation to connect inwards to your abundant, radiant self.
