Liron comes from a dance background and has worked as a dancer in both New York and Tel Aviv. She started teaching dance straight out of high school and discovered Pilates after getting injured. She fell in love with it, as it helped her become stronger and fitter while listening to her body. She became a certified instructor not long after and has now been teaching Pilates for 15 years. While injured she also got her masters degree in clinical psychology and worked as a therapist for a couple of years. She moved to Edinburgh to pursue a degree in dance science and education in 2019, and decided to stay for a PhD in the education and sports department. Her thesis explores the subject she is most passionate about - the connection between the body and the mind. Throughout the years Liron also became a certified aerial yoga and yoga instructor. As a teacher Liron strives to ignite a spark in her students while challenging and supporting them.
