Peach comes from a music and performance background, which greatly informs her playful and engaged vinyasa flow classes. "Music is a very important aspect of my classes; I tailor my songs carefully with sequences and aim to help yogis find their own natural flow and rhythm through the practise." Artistry is a crucial element of her approach, informed by her 17 years of singing and guitar performance. She uses this experience to hold space in her classes, creating an atmosphere for you to challenge your boundaries and thrive in expression. For many years Peach worked closely with vulnerable children and adults, and has used yoga to help manage her own experiences with addiction. She is passionate about guiding you in using movement and breathwork to help find balance and harness your creativity.
