Sophie Howarth Studio Manager, Reformer + Yoga Teacher

Sophie's journey with movement started at a young age competing in Gymnastics for nine years, after attending a centre for advanced training she fell completely in love with movement as an art form, later graduating from one of the world’s leading contemporary dance schools ‘Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance’ with first class BA Honours specialising in Dance Science and the rehabilitations of injuries. After finding Yoga whilst traveling the world she completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in Goa India, and has since been in awe of the depth and power of this practice. With a focus on functional movement and creative sequencing her classes are both fun and educational, all with a light hearted smile. Her main aim is to help students feel comfortable and at home within their practice.
