This full body Barre workout uses exercises inspired by ballet training combined with fitness moves to develop stability and strength in the whole body. For this class you will need something to use as a barre, this could be a chair or kitchen counter. We are also using a hand-weight in this class – I have a 1kg bag of rice but get creative with your props.
