Welcome to this 25 minute Tribe Fit class with Bridget Taylor. This class is Tabata style which means exercises are 20 seconds on 10 seconds off and we will be focused on abs. It can be done on it’s own or added to to the end of another workout! No equipment needed, and won’t make a noise to any neighbours below.

Welcome to this 40 minute Full Body Tribe Fit class with Bridget Taylor. This is a full body workout which uses weights, however if you have anything like bottles or cans, feel free to use these as an alternative. Suitable for all levels. Today’s mantra is feel the journey!

Welcome to this 30 minute Upper Body Tribe Fit class with Bridget Taylor. This class uses weights but if you don’t have weights, bottles and cans will do just fine!
