This upbeat, creative Vinyasa inspired practice seamlessly links breath and movement. It will keep you present and empower you with the strength to move confidently through your practice. You can certainly expect to have fun in these playful flow classes now from the comfort of your own home!

Open to all levels of practice and abilities these classes are especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga inspired movement. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

Power class cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. It is an energetic practice that tones your entire body as well as disciplines your mind. No matter your skill level, find your power from within with modifications that accommodate each individual. 

Our Yin class is a slow-paced practice with postures that are held for longer periods of time, that may range from 45 seconds to 5 minutes. Yin postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body i.e. the tendons, fascia, and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. In addition to people seeking a calmer, quieter practice, Yin is excellent to complement more active forms of movement and sport.

Based on the traditional sequence created by Joseph Pilates, this class offers creative variations designed to focus on building strength in primary areas for stability within your body. Each exercises offers three levels of difficulty targeted at cultivating strength, stability, and power within your core. Expect engaged abdominals, a strong back, and heightened awareness to your body’s movements following this class.

Tribe Barre is a fun and empowering class set to upbeat music. Its principles lie in classical ballet and dance exercises with a body conditioning. Tribe Barre will create long, lean and strong muscles. It is non-impactful on joints and by overloading muscles you will feel the effects instantly. Tribe Barre also includes core and flexibility training.

Tribe fit is quickfire rounds of high powered movements. A perfect class to compliment your cycle and yoga practices. Each session you’ll train hard with modifications to suit your level. Tribe Fit is designed to strengthen your body and break barriers. It’s an experience that will challenge, inspire, burn fat and push you to exertion that you never thought was possible.

At 25 weeks pregnant, your ever-growing uterus has now reached the size of a Football!! Between heartburn, that urgent need to use the loo every two hours, leg cramps and an insistent case of pregnancy insomnia, you’re already having a tough time getting quality shut-eye. And now, yet another pregnancy symptom is keeping you up all night: restless legs syndrome (RLS). This sequence will help with all these aches and pains you may be experiencing paying attention to the hamstrings and back body.

At 26 weeks pregnant, you’re two-thirds of the way through your pregnancy. If a full night’s rest has become elusive, welcome to the (sleepless) world of pregnancy insomnia! Between heartburn and leg cramps, bathroom runs and that big beach ball, it’s no wonder your body’s having trouble calming down and drifting off. Take this sequence to help with resting and finding comfort within your own body.

At 27 weeks we are nearing the end of your second trimester, your baby is now measuring about 14½ inches — more than a foot long and now double the weigh it was four weeks ago. This sequence helps with restless leg syndrome and using Myofascial Release techniques to help target the areas that are needing stretched.

28 weeks pregnant… you’re two-thirds of the way to the finish line as you enter the third trimester. And what a difference a trimester makes! This sequence focuses on the sides of the body creating space for your growing baby. Enjoy!

We’re at 29 weeks! This sequence will help realise tension in the head, shoulders & chest. If you have been experiencing headaches try these stretches to help lengthen the tight tissues.

For your 30th week, this sequence allows a bit more movement this week to help with a slower digestive system as well as helping the flow of blood to circulate around any swollen area you may be experiencing.

At 31 weeks more tensions are being felt. This weeks sequence will help with stretching 3 parts of the spine. As your baby grows it creates a lot of tension through your back so use this practice as a way to help release discomfort.

For our 32nd week we will be focusing on the side body to lengthen the tissues to help create more space for your ever growing baby.

Our 34th week of pregnancy! This week our focus is to release any symptoms of sciatica and nerve pain. We will stretch out the low back and hamstrings to help find comfort.

35th week already and time to ground and calm everything down. Meditation can help you cope with a variety of physical and emotional stresses during pregnancy, enabling you to relax and focus your concentration, reduce stress, lower your blood pressure and enhance your peace of mind. It can also be useful in treating mild to moderate anxiety or depression during pregnancy so give this practice a go and see if it helps along the way.

Our 34th week of pregnancy! This week our focus is to release any symptoms of sciatica and nerve pain. We will stretch out the low back and hamstrings to help find comfort.
