For health and safety reasons and to respect the flow of the class and other attendees, we cannot admit anyone after the class has started. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your class time.
The intensity of resistance can be adjusted during the class to tailor your workout to be more or less challenging. For your first class we would recommend the "Reformer" rather than "Reformer Intermediate", but please let us know beforehand if it's your first time!
