Our Yin Yang Yoga class combines the slow-paced Yin Yoga postures, that are held for longer periods of time, with an invigorating full-body Flow Yoga sequence (the Yang in Yin Yang) that will work your muscles through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace.
