Our most intensive cardio class, where yoga meets muscle, Tribe Yoga’s Yoga Sculpt is born. Boosting metabolism and building lean muscle mass are key components as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with Power Yoga sequencing and cardio exercises to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
