Class Description:

Our most intensive cardio class, where yoga meets muscle, Tribe Yoga’s Yoga Sculpt is born. Boosting metabolism and building lean muscle mass are key components as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with Power Yoga sequencing and cardio exercises to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. 

Class Temperature:

32° Celsius (90° Fahrenheit)

What to Bring:

A bottle of water & a mat towel (to soak up that sweat!) and ideally fitted workout clothes that are sweat wicking. Weights will be provided.

Experience Required:

Previous experience in our Power Yoga or Flow Yoga classes is a plus.

Notes:
  • Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the class as we are not allowed to allow clients into the class once it has begun.
