Noelle discovered the path of yoga in 2010 and fell in love with the practice right away, not only for the physical benefits but also the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. 
Noelle has studied under numerous teachers, in a range of different countries and surroundings. Learning from such a diverse group of teachers helped her gain a unique perspective and understanding of all aspects of yoga.
Now a 500RYT with three years of teaching experience and almost 900 HRS of training completed, Noelle has a passion for all types of yoga from Hatha to Ashtanga, Rocket to Vinyasa, Kundalini to Yin and Restorative.
Vinyasa is her main self-practice and teaching style.
She takes a holistic, spiritual and inclusive approach to her classes to uplift not only the body, but also the mind and spirit.
