Beth has been a student of both Pilates and Yoga for almost 10 years, since she was 15-years-old. She maintained regular practice throughout her studies and found solace in the movement when she began a career in Edinburgh as a journalist. Realising her passion lay in the creativity, precision and technique involved in Pilates, she left her corporate job and retrained as a Pilates teacher. She believes it is an essential component to keeping her body strong, capable and pain-free.
Shortly after this she delved in the spiritual world of Yoga: travelling Asia and training in Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative practices. She fosters a desire to connect people with their body’s through physical exploration and states of complete relaxation.
