Fiona was initially drawn to Yoga as a physical practice, but quickly discovered the benefits of yoga far surpassed a strong and flexible body. The benefits to both mind and body, together with the continual uncovering of potential on and off the mat, are why she decided to share her love of yoga as a teacher.
Fiona holds over 550hrs of Yoga Teacher Training qualifications, including Vinyasa Yoga (200hrs), Yin and Restorative Yoga (100hrs), Advanced Mandala Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra (50hrs) and Children’s Yoga (200hrs).
Fiona says: “I love to continuously expand and share my knowledge of how our body and breath work together in unison, to support and inspire my practitioners, to uncover the very best version of themselves.”
