Intended for practitioners that feel comfortable with Tribe’s Flow and Power classes, this class aims to challenge and expand your practice. Expect a strong, fluid sequence that intelligently builds the required strength and flexibility for arm balances, inversions, and more advanced yoga postures, while maintaining co-ordinated movement and breath.
Please arrive at the class 5-10 minutes early to allow for check in. Storage lockers are available.
Mats and any props will be provided at the studio, but please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Bring your water bottle to stay hydrated before, during and after class.
Previous experience in our Flow class is required. If you are wondering if you are able to attend this class, please speak to one of your Flow teachers.
