Yin Nidra is one of our “Tribe Chill” classes. You can expect a slow and more passive class designed to encourage flexibility in different areas of the body and complete relaxation. Postures in this style of class are held for longer periods of time to target deep into the connective tissue. This class is great for ultimate deep relaxation, Nidra meaning yogic sleep, will offer you the chance to fully unwind both mind and body. Yin Nidra unites two powerful ways to relax with the combination of the two styles: Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. You will be guided through some yin yoga postures to help deeply lengthen your muscles and connective tissue encasing joints and all muscle, helping improve joint mobility and overall flexibility. Yoga Nidra is where you will lie comfortably and the teacher will guide you through a restful mediation where students approach a similar state of sleep whilst retaining a sense of wakeful awareness. Yoga Nidra can be an excellent way to counter stress and prevent stress-related illness.

No experience required, however if it is your first ever yoga class, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and inform the teacher.
