Our Yin Yang class combines the slow-paced Yin postures, that are held for longer periods of time, with an invigorating full-body Flow sequence (the Yang in Yin Yang) that will work your muscles through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace.
Please note we have included within the scheduled class time a 15 minute check-in window for every class which is essential for COVID-19 regulations. Please arrive at the class time listed.
Regular item storage lockers are not available at this time. Please only bring essential items with you to the studio, which can be placed in small designated storage space.
Previous experience in our Beginner Classes is not required, but a plus.
