Our postnatal barre class is an excellent way to improve your core, strength, and tone while spending time together with your baby. The postnatal barre classes are designed for all mums and your pre-crawling babies too (if you wish)! You may feed, change nappies and have the wee ones join in!
Like other Tribe Barre classes, this combines isometric exercises, high-energy choreography and interval cardio, sometimes incorporating hand weights. Even though the classes are fun and friendly we also work you quite hard!
A bottle of water, barre socks (optional) and ideally fitted workout clothes that are sweat wicking. Weights will be provided. And so will toys for the babies!
No experience required, however if it is your first ever barre class, please arrive 15 minutes early and inform the teacher.
