Our postnatal Barre class is an excellent way to improve your core, strength, and tone while spending time together with your baby. This class is designed for all mums and your pre-crawling babies too (if you wish). You may feed, change nappies and have the wee ones join in.
Like other Tribe Barre classes, this combines isometric exercises, high-energy choreography and interval cardio, sometimes incorporating hand weights.
Mats and any props will be provided at the studio, but please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Bring your water bottle to stay hydrated before, during and after class and don’t forget baby’s favourite toys.
No experience required, however if it is your first ever barre class, please arrive inform the teacher.
