Tribe Barre is our signature barre class and is designed to reshape and sculpt your body. Incorporating hand weights, Tribe Barre combines interval training, isometric exercises, high-energy choreography and interval cardio, all whilst keeping your pulse pounding whilst forging a lean physique.
A bottle of water, barre socks (optional) and ideally fitted workout clothes that are sweat wicking. Weights will be provided.
No experience required, however if it is your first ever Barre class, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and inform the teacher.
