Class Description:

Turn stress into sweat. This signature class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through Vinyasa Yoga postures that will fire up your core strength as you practice alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement. Set to an energizing playlist, you’ll power up your yoga practice like never before.

Power Yoga is a form of Vinyasa Yoga, where is it is defined as: “sequential movement that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow. It creates a movement meditation that reveals all forms as being impermanent and for this reason are not held on to”.

Class Temperature:

32° Celsius (90° Fahrenheit).

What to Bring:

A bottle of water, a mat towel (to soak up that sweat!) and ideally fitted workout clothes that are sweat wicking.

Experience Required:

Previous experience in our Flow Yoga and/or Beginner Classes is a plus.

Notes:
  • Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the class as we are not allowed to allow clients into the class once it has begun.
