Coming to a new studio can be intimidating. Tribe welcomes you and wants to help you to discover how yoga based movement can improve your health in this introductory class.
We’ll cover frequently asked questions, answer your specific questions and teach a slow beginners flow class. Postures will be introduced in a step-by-step manner with the correct breathing techniques. These classes are a great way to build a foundation and expand your practice. Class is practiced at room temperature.
Please arrive at the class 5-10 minutes early to allow for check in. The door will be locked during class so please arrive on time!
Mats and any props will be provided at the studio, but please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Bring your water bottle to stay hydrated before, during and after class.
No experience required, however if it is your first ever yoga class, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and let the teacher know its your first time and they’ll guide you to set-up and start the class.
