Our most intensive cardio class, where intentional movement meets muscle, Tribe Yoga’s, yoga inspired Sculpt is born. Boosting metabolism and building lean muscle mass are key components as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with Power sequencing and cardio exercises to intensify each yoga inspired pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
Please note we have included within the scheduled class time a 15 minute check-in window for every class which is essential for COVID-19 regulations. Please arrive at the class time listed.

Previous experience in our Power or Flow classes is a plus.
